Bending / edging
When bending or edging, metal sheets are shaped by the application of force. The pressure is applied to the material either selectively or as a line load evenly and linearly over a certain length. The strength of this so-called bending moment determines the degree of material deformation. Just like the machining process of edging, bending also takes place on hydraulic, CNC-controlled systems.
By using different press brakes or bending presses we can offer a wide range of dimensions. From filigree laser parts with a thickness of 0.5 mm to large firing parts with a thickness of 150 mm – up to a total length of 12000 mm. around rollers
